Financial Contributors to Anthology.
Index.
Anthology Preparation: A committee of four individuals (Vivian
W. Finne, John L. Havill, Everett L. Parker, and Ernest E. Roberts) was
appointed by President Michael D. Mueller, with each committee member assigned
to select the five to 10 best articles from one of the four five-year periods
in which our journal had been published. The authors of the selected articles
were asked to review and update their corresponding manuscripts. The top
five articles from each of the four five-year periods comprise the articles
of the Anthology. Articles dealing with the Boer War and Napoleonic St.
Helena were excluded from consideration for the Anthology since those topics
were the subject of the Society first monograph published previously.
Valuable Indicies: Two of the most valuable elements of the Anthology
are the cumulative indices, one by author and one by subject, to all that
has been published in the first twenty years of the Society's journal.
These indices are a significant contribution to the lasting value of the
Anthology.
Limited Production: Only 300 copies of the Anthology were printed,
and it is anticipated that the supply will not last long. Please place
your order as soon as possible so as to avoid disappointment. The Anthology
will not be reprinted.
